ESL Electric provides professional electrical services including but not limited to:

  • Electrical repairs and maintenance
  • Lighting design and installation
  • Generator installation and maintenance
  • Electrical inspections and code compliance

Service Appointments

Scheduling

  • Appointments are scheduled based on availability
  • We require 24-hour notice for cancellations
  • Emergency services may be prioritized over scheduled appointments

Pricing

  • All prices are subject to change without notice
  • Estimates are valid for 30 days
  • Final pricing may vary based on actual work required

Payment Terms

Payment Methods

  • We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
  • Payment is due upon completion of work
  • Commercial accounts may be eligible for net 30 terms

Late Payments

  • Late payments may incur additional fees
  • Unpaid balances may result in service suspension

Warranty and Guarantees

Workmanship Warranty

  • All work is guaranteed for 1 year from completion date
  • Warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials
  • Warranty does not cover damage from misuse or natural disasters

Manufacturer Warranties

  • Products installed may have separate manufacturer warranties
  • We will assist with warranty claims when possible

Safety and Compliance

Code Compliance

  • All work performed meets or exceeds local electrical codes
  • We obtain necessary permits for required work
  • Inspections are scheduled as required by local authorities

Safety Standards

  • Our technicians follow strict safety protocols
  • We maintain proper licensing and insurance
  • Safety equipment is used on all job sites

Limitation of Liability

ESL Electric's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits or business interruption
  • Damage caused by factors beyond our control
